Growing up, we had a tiny county fair in the fall ... a ferris wheel, the Bullet, and carnies hawking games and carnival glass ... for the bravest of men, a hoochie coochie show. Enter under the threat of death.
Looked with awe and wonder for October and the State Fair,fun rides, exhibits and grandstand show as close as we got to seeing "big" name entertainers. The excitement has waned with age, yet still enjoy Ferris Wheel. Thanks for sharing a glimpse into other state Fairs.
