Summer makes its official entrance this month, accompanied by a multitude of festivals, shows, crafts, and delicious food. Here are a few ways to enjoy June across the South. Be sure to check each website for details before you head out.
Tin Cup Cruise-In

Cumming, Georgia
The Tin Cup Cruise-In is a free, family-friendly classic car show held on the first Thursday of every month from 6 to 8 p.m. through October at Cumming City Center. Classic cars arrive from 5 p.m. for first-come parking. Enjoy prizes, free parking, and a festive atmosphere.
Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival
June 12-15, 2025
Manchester, Tennessee
A star-studded lineup awaits at this annual outdoor festival. Enjoy performances by Luke Combs, Olivia Rodrigo, Avril Lavigne, Hozier, and 150 other acts. Around 85,000 people are estimated to attend and campgrounds are available. Purchase a one- or four-day ticket. Prices start at $435.
Arthritis Foundation Carolina Hills Classic Bike Tour
June 12-15, 2025
Greenville, South Carolina
This four-day, fully-appointed road cycling adventure in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains includes hotel stays, meals, luggage transfers, and ride support. Cyclists raise funds for the Arthritis Foundation while cycling through scenic areas of Greenville to Brevard, North Carolina, and back. Check the website for start and finish line information.
Conway River Fest 2025

Conway Riverfest is a free, family-friendly downtown festival that features live music—including headliner Night Ranger—food vendors, a beer garden, a kids’ zone, a golf cart parade, a cornhole tournament, Paddle Battle river races, a Business Expo, an Artisans Market, and and a a 9:30 p.m. fireworks show.
Ridgeland Printmaking Workshop: Linocuts

Ridgeland, South Carolina
Learn the art of linocut printmaking during this hands-on workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Morris Center for Lowcountry Heritage. Led by artist and educator Ian Welch, the class involves carving linoleum plates and printing with ink and paper. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later class date.
Asheboro Summer Concert Series
June 8, July 20, August 10, and September 7
Asheboro, North Carolina
The 2025 City of Asheboro Summer Concert Series is a free concert on select Sundays at Bicentennial Park from 7–8:30 p.m., rain or shine. The series features a diverse lineup of artists and is produced by Asheboro Cultural & Recreation Services. EnVision performs June 8, Band of Oz performs July 20, and Eric & the Chill Tones perform Sept. 7. The band for the August 10 show has not yet been announced. Bring a lawn chair.
